Relief from back and hip pain.

I had been using gel ibuprofen across my lower back to provide relief from lower back and hip pain triggered during sleeping. Whilst that helped somewhat, I thought I would try this. It really helps. I now use the ibuprofen to start then apply this after a couple of hours. I can then sleep pain free. Only reason why I don’t use the Hempe gel only is down to cost.
